I would like to test the perfume before buying it. Could I receive samples?

At the moment we do not offer sample sizes of our fragrances. Please sign up here to be notified when the discover set becomes available.

Are your perfumes for both men and women?

Yes, our perfumes are made for wear by both men and women.

Where can I buy Amouroud and Elixir perfumes?

If you are shipping to the US, we welcome you to order online here.  Otherwise, please visit one of our authorized retailers.  For a list of authorized retailers by country, please visit our Stockists link.

Why do some retailers discount Amouroud perfumes?
Our authorized retailers do not discount our perfumes.  If you purchase Amouroud from an unauthorized retailer, we cannot guarantee the authenticity, age or quality of the perfume you are purchasing.  

Do you test on animals?

We do not test our perfumers on animals. Our customers safety and welfare are a top priority as is the welfare and safety of all animals. We have never tested our products in this way to assess safety.

Do you use natural or synthetic raw materials?

We use natural raw materials whenever possible in the creation of the fragrances we sell. However, due to regulatory specifications synthetic raw materials are sometimes the only available option.

What is the difference between the Eau de Parfum and the Extrait?

Extrait de Parfum is stronger than Eau de Parfum because its concentration of oils is higher. The Extrait de Parfum has a high percentage of oils to alcohol, and it is usually applied in smaller doses.

Orders & Shipping

What is the Shipping & handling time?

All orders received before noon EST Monday to Friday (except holidays) will process within 48 business hours. Orders received after noon EST, on weekends or holidays will start to process the next business day.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

We do not offer a gift-wrapping option at this time.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to customers in the USA and Canada if you purchase through our site. Note that customers in Canada are responsible for taxes and duties upon delivery. Please visit our Stockists link to browse our retailers by country.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

We cannot deliver to PO boxes as we require a signature upon delivery.

How can I track my order?

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation via email. Once the item has been shipped you will receive an email with a link to the tracking details so that you can follow its progress.

There is an issue with my order, what do I have to do?

If there is a mistake with your order, do not hesitate to contact us directly and send us an email to customerservice@perfumers-workshop.com

How can I return, or exchange product/s ordered online?

Perfumer’s Workshop hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Please follow the 4 steps outlined below to return your online order:

Step 1

Please email our customer services team at support@perfumers-workshop.zendesk.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). You will need to provide full details of your customer order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to return/exchange.

Step 2

Once you have received your RA#, please include it on your shipping label and in a note within the box. You also need to indicate whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that a note is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.

Step 3

Please return your package by tracked delivery (retaining your tracking number receipt as proof of postage).

Step 4

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Perfumer’s Workshop as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
